Vision for the Retreat
This year’s retreat theme is DEEPER WATERS.
In praying about this year’s retreat purpose and location,
I felt drawn to the beautiful Florida coast, where I have so many memories of going with my family growing up.
I feel the Lord is calling us out onto the waters of faith and trust in Him, where we find ourselves in deeper waters of His presence. A place of deeper surrender to His ways and His plans.
I sense an invitation to remember and return to our First Love, and to those moments in life where we stepped out in faith on the waters to follow Jesus into the unknown.
Time and again, in seasons where I have blindly trusted God,
I have watched Him break open the way before me. He has made a way where there was previously no way.
He is still the God who parts the Red Seas and Jordan Rivers of our lives.
As I decided on the Emerald Coast, the Lord reminded me that I had two dreams about hosting a retreat in Florida—one in 2021 and one in 2024.
Isn’t it interesting how God often speaks a word in advance—sometimes far in advance—of its appointed time?
I feel it is now time to step into this dream.
It’s time to remember what God has said, what He has done, and return to that place of First Love. It’s time to come alive and step out into deeper waters with Jesus again. It’s time to believe for the Red Seas of promise to part.
This isn’t just a weekend away—it’s a set-apart time to encounter the Lord. I hope you will join us.

The Location: Inlet Beach, Florida
This year, we’re heading to Florida’s stunning Emerald Coast for a weekend of rest, community, and encounter with God. Our retreat will be hosted in a luxurious beach house, with the exact location shared upon registration.

The Retreat Experience

Check-In: Thursday, October 29 | 4:00–6:00 PM CST
Check-Out: Sunday, November 1 | 10:00 AM CST

Retreat Investment
Your accommodation selection serves as your full retreat investment and includes lodging and all retreat experiences throughout the weekend.
The Haven Shared Rooms — $975
A shared accommodation experience designed for comfort, deep rest, and meaningful connection.
This option includes shared room lodging with a mix of twin and queen bunk beds. Room and bed assignments are prayerfully arranged based on availability and group flow.
Guaranteed Queen Upgrade — +$150
For those who prefer additional comfort, you may choose to guarantee a queen bed within your shared room experience (based on availability). This upgrade ensures a queen bed placement within the shared accommodations.
Sanctuary Suite: Private King Room — $1,575
A private king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, designed for those desiring rest, privacy, and space for reflection. Very limited availability — only 2 available.
If you have mobility needs or require a lower bunk, please let us know during registration. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability.

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at registration and is applied toward your total balance.

Guests are welcome to book private airport transportation directly to the retreat location/30A.

Rental Cars
Car Rental Option (Turo)
We recommend booking through Turo—a peer-to-peer car rental service available at most of the airports listed above. This can be a great alternative to traditional rental car companies.
Turo allows you to rent directly from local vehicle owners, often with options for airport pickup or delivery.

Carpooling / Limited Parking
Parking at the retreat house is limited. We strongly recommend coordinating carpools with other retreat guests. The retreat hosts will help facilitate carpool connections and transportation coordination so that everyone feels supported. We have successfully done this over the past three years and will ensure you have clear guidance and help getting to and from the retreat.
Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) in the 30A area can be limited at times, especially in the evenings, so they should not be relied on as a primary form of transportation.

For any international guests, we will also provide additional support to help you coordinate your travel and ensure a smooth arrival to the retreat.
