Our retreat home is a luxurious Smoky Mountain lodge with panoramic views, cozy rooms, and space to unwind. Exact location released upon registration.

We love hosting women from all over the U.S. and abroad! The closest major airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) near Knoxville, TN — about 1 hour from our lodge. Exact address will be shared via email upon registration.

To ensure we don’t overbook and can curate the best possible experience for each woman attending, we’ve switched to an application process.

What should I pack?Once you’re registered, you’ll receive a full packing list via email. Think comfy clothes, a Bible/journal, layers for mountain weather, and an open heart!

🧳 What’s the closest airport and how do I get to the retreat?The closest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, TN—about an hour from the retreat lodge in Gatlinburg. You can arrange shuttle service to Gatlinburg from the airport, rent a car or Turo car rental, or we can help provide a space for you to coordinate communication carpooling with other attendees who are traveling to the retreat. Please note that travel is not included in the cost of the retreat registration!

Can I come with a friend?Absolutely! If you have someone you'd like to room with, just let us know during registration and we’ll do our best to accommodate the request.

Will I be sharing a room?If you choose a shared room, yes—you’ll be paired with 1–3 amazing women. Every shared room has 2–3 beds and a private bathroom. If you’d prefer more privacy, you can reserve a single room (very limited availability).

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?We are happy to accommodate food allergies and dietary needs! Please let us know your preferences when you register so we can be sure you're well cared for throughout the retreat.

Are meals included in the retreat cost?Yes! All meals, snacks, and beverages are included in your retreat cost—except for 1–2 group meals at local restaurants, which are not covered. We’ll let you know those details ahead of time so you can plan accordingly!

Is there a payment plan available?Yes! For shared and private room bookings, we offer a payment plan. The first payment secures your spot, and the second will be due the same day the following month (we’ll provide the timeline when you register). All final payments must be made before the retreat. Your $200 nonrefundable deposit is included in the first payment.

What is the cancellation policy?We understand that plans can change. Please read our Retreat Policy and Terms for full details. In short: f you need to cancel: Before July 31, 2025: Full refund minus $200 deposit August 1–31, 2025: 50% refund of all fees paid September 1 or later: No refunds available All cancellations must be in writing to hello@emboldenco.org Individual refund requests outside these terms will be considered case-by-case, but refunds are not guaranteed. Your spot is reserved just for you, and each booking helps cover the cost of lodging, meals, and retreat materials—thank you for understanding!

Do I need travel insurance?We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance for your trip in the case of an unforeseen event. We do not provide travel insurance, but you can find a private provider.

I'm a little nervous to come! What will it be like?You’ll find family here. Our retreats are all about creating a warm, welcoming, and uplifting atmosphere where every woman feels seen and supported. Whether you’re new to the prophetic or have years of experience, we make hearing God’s voice a natural and approachable part of our time together.
